Click on the "Browse Local Files" button. This tab will have a list of buttons to choose from. Click on the "Local Files" tab on this window. The Green Hell "Properties" window will pop-up. It's not the game's fault that sick cynical methods are being used to promote it.To enter Debug Mode on Steam, right-click on the game in Steam and scroll down to the "Properties" option. I'm sure the dev had nothing to do with it, as devs respect games and gaming, but i wouldn't put it post a publisher to fake reviews to boost sales. This game is perfectly functional if you like tough survival games (with great sound) but no way is it an absolutely perfect, flawless, all time classic. You can prolly trust the metascore, but don't trust the user reviews. Metacritic used to be a good place to go to see what people thought, but it seems pr firms have figured out that you can post a dozen obviously fake 10 of 10 reviews for a solid and competent game and down or what actually makes people buy games. You can prolly It's hella sus that the same users posted ten out of ten reviews across all platforms, and that there are copy pasted reviews. It's hella sus that the same users posted ten out of ten reviews across all platforms, and that there are copy pasted reviews. i would honestly ask for a refund if i knew it wasn't a waste of time. if you are a hardcore survival game enthusiast, do your self a favor and buy it on PC, or skip it all together. if you are a casual gamer, you've gotta believe me on this.this game is not fun. add to that all these clearly bogus user reviews, and i smell a turd. ![]() ![]() big thumbs down to Creepy Jar for cashing in on these console ports of a game that straight up *requires* a keyboard and mouse to be playable. pretty bummed, because i'd heard a lot of good things about it, and was up for a challenge, but this isn't challenging, it's just depressing and impossible. i'm a pretty determined (read: stubborn) gamer, and i can't recall the last time (if ever) i've given up on a game due to maddening difficulty and a terrible UI, but trying to play this game with these awful controls was just too much for me. after a few frustrating hours, i switched to "A Walk In The Park" mode and honestly still was struggling the whole time. and speaking of mouse control, it's become painfully clear to me that this is the ONLY way this game would even be close to playable. ![]() from what i've learned since buying it (i watched a lot of tips videos hoping it might help it didn't) the game is notoriously difficult even played on a PC with a mouse by hardcore survival gamers. add to that the fact that even on the default "Welcome To The Jungle" settings, the game is ridiculously, and i mean "WTF were they even thinking?", difficult. i would imagine if you were *really* intent on mastering the controls, that this might improve over time, but in practicality, it absolutely ruins the experience. the main reason is that the controls are so clunky, slow, and unintuitive, 80% of the gameplay experience is frustration at not being able to do what you want to, or having everything take way longer than it should as your stats quickly slide you towards yet another disheartening death. the truth is this game is a full-blown disaster on the Nintendo Switch. they are clearly shills, as user He_Never_Helps points out. ![]() the main reason is that the controls are so clunky, slow, and unintuitive, 80% of the gameplay experience is frustration at not being able to do what you want to, or having everything take way longer than it should do NOT believe all these "10" user reviews.
